Once the fiber glass has cured, all the foam has to be removed. Then a 2" wide strip of fiber glass cloth is bonded along the inside joint to provide additional strength for the attachment seam. |

Next we began creating the opening for the
left halogen light. Cut and fit, cut and fit. |

Final fitting of the F-18 front fairing. Bob had to rotate the handlebar to the left and right extremes while wearing his racing leather gloves to insure adequate hand and brake lever clearance. |
